Hello! HAPPY NEW YEAR! Can you believe it's already February, where did January go?

It's been a long time since I've posted and one of my goals for 2018 is to update my blog on a more regular basis. To get things started, my review of the Tombow VIP Club which I just joined in January 2018; this is the January box I received.

The box contained 2 pens -- a double tipped mono-line black pen (.8mm & .4mm) called MONOTWIN (cute name, but is this pen's name an oxymoron? ha ha); a multi-color click pen with black, blue, red & green ink (this reminded me of the old school multi-color Bic Pen I had that drove teachers crazy with the pen clicking sound). The pen tip is on the fine side (which I like). The box also contained a 2way correction tape (one end is an eraser the other correction tape), retry adhesive (that allows you to reposition your item you are gluing for a minute before the adhesive builds, creating a permanent bound), a calendar by Hello! Lucky with monthly prompts for letter writing, and a coupon for 20 free photo prints from MixBook. I forgot to add there are some cut stickers included of Tombow products.

I love monthly subscription boxes -- it makes getting the mail more fun and it's something to look forward to each month instead of bills. I used to belong to Birchbox but it became too overwhelming to receive beauty products I didn't really use. I love stationery products and trying new pens and art supplies, so I'm hoping this club will be more my style!

I'm reserving judgment this month if I think joining this club is worth the $30. I'm going to continue my membership for a few more months and see.
